Dog Gone (2023) DVD Cover. In DOG GONE, Johnny Berchtold plays Fielding, a recent high school graduate dealing with a breakup.

To cope, he adopts a dog named Gonkers and forms a strong bond with him. However, Fielding’s parents, played by Rob Lowe and Kimberly Williams-Paisley, are not thrilled with the addition to the family, especially when Fielding has no job or life plan.

The family’s relationship is further tested when Gonkers goes missing while on the Appalachian Trail and the family embarks on a search to find him, bringing Fielding and his father closer together.
